Gender:Female
APPEARANCE
Scales blacker than a blank night sky cover the void dragon known as Terezala. Generally landing with a quiet grace in spite of the thick plate fitted for her 13’ high form - an angular, ornate darksteel/mithril alloy plate lined with gold trim. The armor covers all but her wings - on the membranous sheets of her wings, one can see the black void of space itself, decorated with a row of 11 stars on each wing. Her eyes glow with a violet flame, piercing through the blackness of her form. The violet crystal on her chest also contains her black reiatsu - which seems to swirl and mix with the crystal as a black mist, as if clouding it.
Her form is mostly western, with her tail stretching out far longer than most westerns - being easily some 15 feet when stretched out, and her body. The horns on her head are plated with a golden version of the alloy that forms the rest of her armor, with a dark violet amethyst where her forehead is. This same gold plate also covers her claws and shins of all four legs.
When Terezala speaks, there is a reverb effect in her voice. Her speech is often devoid of affect, and yet there is a certain somberness in the absence of such.

ABILITIES
- Black Reiatsu Void Magic: Terezala can tap into the void’s power with black reiatsu. to great effect. She utilizes it as a form of telekinesis - able to forcefully fling objects and people away. Furthermore, she can also unleash this reiatsu as devastating projectiles and streams. Moreover, she can form mini-portals using the reiatsu - a short range warp that can redirect projectiles and other attacks for surprise attacks. Lastly, she has the ability to form ‘chains’ of reiatsu which sap strength upon latching onto an enemy, which then drag her target to wherever she sees fit. She also may use the void to teleport her agents into areas that are not protected against portaling. These are but a few of the possibilities given her mastery over black reiatsu as well as the void. If push comes to shove, she can even trap enemies in the Void, but this runs the serious risk of trapping her as well. In addition, keeping someone in the void puts a heavy drain on the amount of reiatsu needed to maintain this effect. Given how much of her own reiatsu she constantly uses, this may cripple her.
- Runeweaver: Terezala has engraved several symbols into tiny crystals which she has embedded into her wings - the 22 Stars of Arcana - so long as she lives, she can simply choose new Stars of Arcana to assist with her bidding. The powers are bestowed on others via threads of reiatsu woven into cards with engravings. Destroying or damaging her wings can disable or weaken the Stars of Arcana. It should be noted that the 22 Stars of Arcana require much maintenance - she cannot do any further runeweaving beyond this.
- Summon Reiatsu Construct: Terezala’s magic include the ability to summon constructs made of dark reiatsu as well as the void energies of black reiatsu - most of these are formidable silhouetted warriors and monsters of various sorts. The stronger the construct, the less of them that she can maintain at a time.
WEAKNESSES
- Maintenance: Terezala is extremely powerful, but most of her power is directed to maintaining the Stars of Arcana as well as running Hoeryong’s various facilities. Should she reclaim the reiatsu she is utilizing to maintain these things, she would become extremely powerful - but she cannot do both. As is, while she is still a formidable opponent, she rarely confronts others in a straight-up fight.
BACKGROUND
Hatching with the full force of the trauma that her people had suffered, with the energies of the endless, all-encompassing void still flowing through her form, Terezala quickly reached a conclusion from the memories of pain, suffering, and war that she had inherited from her forefathers.
Perhaps pain was not bad. Hardship was not bad. They had made her strong. Made her people strong. The world revolved around conflict. Conflict spurs growth and evolution. Growth and evolution are all that matters. Love was temporary - the weak only brought about the propagation of the weak. Peace induced stagnation and lethargy. Even the void hydra itself was a being of conflict - why else create two balancing realms?
She served no master. What she served is the idea of conflict itself. A never ending cycle of discordant hostility that she would be the vanguard of. Through this, she would lead existence closer to divinity - to its pinnacle. This was a burden of truth that she would willingly shoulder for the sake of the realms.
Utilizing the knowledge from her connection to her ancestors, she wove runes into 22 crystals and wove 22 strips of reiatsu-thread cloth, creating the Stars of Arcana, and bestowed these in 22 other individuals. She now leads the Stars of Arcana so that they may lead the realms into a time of prosperity via her chosen, unique route.
Terezala is quite cold, aloof, and does not divulge much to even her own Stars of Arcana. While she will explain herself, she rarely beats around the bush, and tells them exactly what she believes they need to hear, what they need to do.
