Gender: Female
Species: Storm Elemental
APPEARANCE
The storm elemental known as Feng Feng takes a few forms. One of these is a hummingbird - tiny, flitting from place to place, beating its wings fast enough to blend the rain that falls when she arrives. Another is an approximately six-year old female pig-tailed child, just as energetic and hard to control. Yet another is the form of an active wolf-pup. All of these forms are made up of a swirling combination of wind, water, and lightning reiatsu, and tend to be heard before they are seen.

ABILITIES
- Elemental Magic: Water/Wind/Lightning: Given that Feng Feng is made up the elements themselves, it is no wonder that her mastery of these same elements is borderline unparalleled. When she utilizes these in combat, she often mimics the combat styles of humans with a little elemental flair. Much like the storm that she represents, her usage of these elements is quite varied and unpredictable in scope.
- Combat Compendium: Feng Feng has the odd and remarkable ability to mimic all physical movements she sees - including the weapons themselves. She often recalls these and adds elemental flair to the actions - making for an astoundingly varied assortment of tricks and techniques with three different elements and their sub-domains at her disposable.
- Sugar Rush: Feng Feng sometimes consumes sweets in spite of not being able to digest them. Through some sick twisted sense of humor among the gods or perhaps some sort of self-fulfilling prophecy after having been warned a billion and one times about the dangers of too many sweets, all her senses receive a boost when consuming pastries, and her speed is amplified. However, while her senses are boosted, her actual perception drops, as she is simply too hyper to comprehend much of anything. In addition, Sugar Rush makes her even less energy efficient than usual.
- Uncomprehended Wisdom: Sometimes, Feng Feng has a flash of insight. That’s it. A flash. A wise sentence rivaling that of the sages will be uttered, but upon being asked to repeat it, she’ll often stare back and spout out an onomatopoeia.
- Say What: Feng Feng naturally speaks at a rate of 250-300 words per minute all the way up to 500-550. While this is not particularly useful, it is commendable!
WEAKNESSES
- SUBTLETY!!!: Feng Feng is loud. Any stealth or nuanced situation involving her is like holding an espionage planning meeting in a house full of lit explosives. From yelling out her attacks to constantly chattering and babbling, she spells subtlety with exclamation points, fireworks, and a scintillating prismatic seizure-inducing light show.
- Undependable: While Feng Feng is unpredictable, this also makes her completely undependable. Short of being dragged or baited by sugar, there is little chance of predicting when and where she will show up for what.
- Inefficient: While Feng Feng has much energy to spare, she tends to burn through it quickly, especially if no-one is around to help rein her in. She has been known to consume so much energy that she ends up falling asleep on the spot - which often takes the form of a small crackling ball of lightning that gives off the occasional spark. If she is somehow able to maintain her hyperactivity, she could potentially burn off enough energy to actually cease existing.
BACKGROUND
Feng Feng was found at a destroyed orphanage near the Island of Rojimbo in the aftermath of a catastrophic storm. Having been believed to be the cause of the storm itself, she was chased away quickly and found by an Eastern Dragon who went by the monicker of “Granny.” As Granny’s eyes and ears for the world at large, Feng Feng travels the world at high speeds, reporting back the sights and sounds often in a hyperactive babble that is incomprehensible to all others than the infinitely patient Granny.
While Feng Feng often means no harm, her recklessness often causes mild amounts of destruction and chaos in the wake of her arrival. Most call these incidents "sudden storms" or "bad omens." No, it’s just a hyperactive elemental who thinks it’s a 6 year old on sugar. Lots and lots of sugar. Give’r
